Who We're Looking For
We recruit highly competitive, ambitious men — the kind of person who's been an athlete, a student leader, or just someone who doesn't settle for average. We're not looking for someone to fit a mold. We're looking for men who will elevate the Charge and carry Beta Deuteron's legacy forward.

Rush Schedule
Summer Pipeline
Regional events including golf outings and baseball games. We track incoming freshmen leads through the summer.
Formal Fall Rush
Structured events at the start of the fall semester open to all interested students.
Invite-Only Recruiting
After formal rush, we continue recruiting high-quality men throughout the semester on an invite basis.

FAQ for Parents

All members complete Green Dot bystander intervention training every semester. All social events are registered with the university and follow strict safety protocols. Beta Deuteron has a zero-tolerance hazing policy.

Our chapter GPA is 3.28 — above the all-ISU average. We require study hours for new members and provide peer tutoring and mentorship to help every brother succeed academically.

Membership is designed to enhance your college experience, not burden it. Chapter meetings, brotherhood events, and philanthropy are structured around academic schedules. Most members are also involved in other campus activities.
